01Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NextFlow CRM ("NextFlow", "Service"), operated by NextFlow CRM Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
If you're using NextFlow on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
02Your account
You must be at least 16 to use NextFlow. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@nextflowcrm.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
03Plans & billing
NextFlow is offered on monthly subscription plans (Lite, Pro, Business). Plans renew automatically unless you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trials
New accounts include a 14-day free trial. We don't ask for payment details to start. At the end of the trial, your account is paused unless you pick a plan.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. After that, we don't refund partial-month usage. Add-ons (like the £499 website build) are non-refundable once delivery has started.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of VAT and similar taxes, which we apply where required by law.
04Your content
You retain ownership of everything you put into NextFlow - leads, conversations, quotes, files. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display it solely to operate the Service for you.
You're responsible for the content you upload and for having any consents required to process it.
05Acceptable use
Don't use NextFlow to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violate anti-spam laws
- Stalk, harass, or harm others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our source code or AI models
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation
- Use the Service to compete with us by building a similar product
06Intellectual property
NextFlow, its software, design, and brand are owned by NextFlow CRM Ltd. The Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code beyond using the Service as intended.
07Termination
You can close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, after giving you reasonable notice where possible.
On termination, you can export your data for 30 days. After that, we permanently delete it.
08Warranty & liability
We try our best to keep NextFlow running and useful, but we can't guarantee perfect uptime. The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, personal injury caused by negligence).
09Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll give account owners at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
10Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
